Shipping & Accuracy
Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery accuracy extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement. Orders are sent out ‘Mondays’ the following week of order placement.
Expedited Shipping
All our orders are shipped via “Flat rate” nationwide shipping, incase you wish to expedite your shipment, please get in touch with us at ask@eatruani.com and we will be happy to provide with revised shipping charges with early dispatch for your order.
Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us immediately with your order details. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
Ordering Policy
Orders can be placed via www.eatruani.com only. We do not accept order information via email.
Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before the end of same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.
Handling and Freshness All products shipped from RUANI are shipped refrigerated from our warehouse.
Please refrigerate or freeze the products immediately upon receipt. If you are placing it in your pantry then make sure the temperature is not exceeding 95F. Failure to report spoilage within 24 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives or coloring. To better understand the storage options, please check on the back side of the unit packaging.
